This print is interesting because of the play with texture. The background is a mix of yellow, red, and purple which is intriguing. The area around Gigi is smooth, but more outward and has a lot of texture. The red in her shirt pops out against the background and has a tie-dye look.

This print is captivating because it looks like there is light shining on her face, while the background is darker. Her hair shows the solarized element of the image.

Experiment

For this free choice print, I decided to experiment with many different techniques. It is solarized and colored.
